Civic instinct is a multidisciplinary journal of global phenomena and voice of global citizen. It is a narrative magazine having global footprint establishing a landmark in connecting people’s voice from all around the globe. Civic instinct enquires and analyze the complex behavior of social, political and cultural entity and endeavors into understanding the global gender and environmental issues. Our motive is to bring out information and evidence arising from structural complexity throughout the world and dispense an investigative narration for our readers.

Civic Instinct is a research based magazine which is characterized by research analysis of global events infield of Politics, Culture, Gender, History, Environment and National affairs. We are dedicated to keep our readers informed without any prejudice about the global events; which often neglected by National and mainstream media. We are dedicated to provide qualitative analysis, commentary, opinion, historical narratives and interviews of eminent personalities. We are concerned with the global problems of present time and committed to crack trends of all the emerging issues which concerns global citizens. The magazine will remain focused over people’s concern; taking full responsibility to pass right information in real time to our readers in midst of misinformation, bigotry, intolerance and false narratives built to spread hate and propaganda.

We hereby declare ourselves as independent and investigative journalists; do not attach ourselves with any of the political party or organization in any capacity. Our motive is to develop sense of civic; that can be developed by making our readers responsive and alerted by making critical query to the policy that is anti-civic in nature. We are genuine voice of community, who are pushed towards marginalization day by day on Social, Cultural, Political, Economic and Environ fronts.

Our open and public agenda is to bring liberal art into domain of mainstream media along with exchange of culture among diverse societies, which is vital to establish true sense of globalization. We understand globalization is not just limited to business and trade but it is transcendent to ideas, culture, language and information. Global renaissance is awaiting.

OUR TEAM

  1. Khyati Singh (Global politics and Gender)

Khyati is executive editor at civic Instinct. She is graduate in Political science from Delhi University and holds masters in politics, specialization in international studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She writes on global politics and gender issues.

2. Luz Marina Morillo (Hispanic correspondence)

Luz is managing editor at civic instinct. She studied English literature in Pedagogical Institute of Barqusimeto (UPEL-IPB), Venezuela. She writes on Latin American socio-cultural and gender issues.

3. Manish Kumar (Global culture)

Manish is managing editor at civic instinct. He is graduate in English language, literature and societies and pursuing masters in English literature from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. He writes on societies, traditions and culture.

4. Harsh Nagar (Indo- Hispanic relations)

Harsh is associate editor at civic instinct. He studied Spanish language, literature and cultural studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He writes on Indo- Hispanic social and cultural relation.

5. Tamanna Yadav (Global gender and environment)

Tamanna is associate editor at civic instinct. She is graduate in Spanish language, literature and cultural studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She writes on global environmental and gender related issues.

6. Bharat Verma (Indian art and culture and India’s society)

Bharat is associate editor at civic instinct. He is engineer by profession and social scientist by passion. He writes on India’s diverse social construction and brings out cultural issues from hinterlands. He also explores art and craft related vulnerabilities, those near about extinction; and he writes for revival of political culture among vulnerable section of societies dealing with real time problem.

7. Ritika Shashwat (Gender related socio-cultural and political issues)

Ritika is associate editor at Civic Instinct. She is graduate in sociology from University of Jammu. She is pursuing masters in politics specialization in international studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She writes about gender related issues in social and political framework.

8. Shivani Bhagat (Global Gender and Politics)

Shivani is associate editor at Civic instinct. She is graduate in social science from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar and pursuing masters in international studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She writes on global feminism, politics of gender.

9. Harita Gupta (National affairs and global politics)

Harita is associate editor at Civic Instinct. She is graduate in social sciences from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar and pursuing masters in politics specialization in international studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. She writes on India’s National affairs and foreign policy.

10. Nilotpal Kant (Geopolitics and Global security)

Nilotpal is chief editor at Civic Instinct. He is graduate in Geography from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi and pursuing masters in international studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He writes on global security, geopolitics and National foreign policy.
